Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Important Shipping Notes

• Make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

• Once a package is marked delivered, Slay Signature™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
