Getting Started
Who can shop Chelé?
Chelé is pro-only, so you'll need an active cosmetology license. Apply for Pro Access, we'll verify your license, and you'll get an email as soon as you're approved.
I applied. Now what?
Watch your inbox for your approval email. Then log in at chelehair.com with the same email you applied with, and pro pricing and checkout will unlock.
My client wants Chelé. Can she buy it?
Chelé is for stylists only, so send her your way! 💕
The Hair
What kind of hair is Chelé?
100% Remy human hair, 100% cuticle aligned, and double drawn for thick, full ends. No silicone coating, ever.
Is there return hair?
None. Zero return hair on Genius Wefts and K-tips. Goodbye beards! 🎀
How long does it last?
Genius Wefts last about a year with proper care and can be reused. K-tips are replaced every 3–4 months.
Is some shedding normal?
A little shedding in the first few days after install is completely normal.
Wefts or K-tips?
Genius Wefts are always a heatless install and can be reused for up to a year. K-tips give the most styling versatility, including updos.
Wefts
Which weft set do I need?
🎀 Classic (18", 80g / 4 wefts or 120g / 6 wefts): 1–2 rows, for fullness or minimal added length
🎀 Full (18", 160g / 8 wefts): 2–3 rows, full-head coverage
🎀 Glam (22", 200g / 8 wefts): 2–3 rows, max length and drama
Can I cut the wefts?
Yes, cut anywhere without unraveling.
K-Tips
How do K-tip packs work?
Each K-tip is 1g. 18" comes in 25g or 50g packs, and 22" comes in 50g packs. Stack packs to build any install, and mix shades by adding different colors to your cart.
What keratin do you use?
100% Italian keratin. It's durable and soft.
What temperature should I use?
Around 356–392°F (180–200°C), depending on your tool and technique.
Can I make custom bonds?
Yes! Our factory bonds are perfect for custom bond-making. Split and reshape them for low-density, high-risk clients, or for full clients who want maximum versatility.
Why are bonds slipping?
Slipping usually comes down to installation temperature, product use, or the client's maintenance routine. Reach out and we'll troubleshoot with you.
Color
Will my reorder match?
Yes. Our shades are formulated to stay consistent batch to batch, so your reorders match your first order.
How are the dimensional shades made?
Rooted and dimensional shades are pre-blended before the hair is made, for consistent blends every time. Balayage placements are done by hand, so each one has a natural, blended look.
How were the shades matched?
Under natural white light, so they read true in most settings.
How do I match my client?
Our Color Swatch Ring has all 20 Chelé shades for in-person matching.

How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $300, or $14.99 under $300. Need it sooner? 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
