Slay Signature™ Return & Exchange Policy
Even with a swatch ring, choosing the perfect extension can still be a doozy! My goal is to help you order confidently, while also protecting the integrity of professional-grade hair.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY ✅
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Hair must be in brand-new condition. Removing the protective netting is okay, but the hair cannot be installed, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way. Requests made outside of this window will not be accepted.
20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY IF:
- Original packaging is damaged or missing
- Original binding has been removed or hair has been altered
Note: Returns that do not meet these standards will be denied. Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable
2. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES 📦💰
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note:
- I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost or stolen packages
- Slay Signature™ is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
- If you would like a prepaid return option, you may include a prepaid, self-addressed label, or I can invoice you for the shipping cost of your exchange.
3. PROCESSING YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT ⏳💵
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
- Refunds may take 1–5 business days to appear back on your original payment method.
- If you choose, store credit is as an option and will be sent via email once your return is approved and processed.
45-DAY WARRANTY AGAINST FACTORY DEFECTS 🔒
I stand behind the quality of Slay Signature™ hair! There is a 45-day warranty against verified factory defects. This covers issues such as excessive shedding, severe matting, or structural defects that are not caused by installation, chemical processing, improper maintenance, or normal wear & tear.
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Bleaching, coloring, toning or chemical services
- Damage caused by environmental factors, sunscreen or hard water
- Heat damage or lack of proper maintenance
- Normal shedding or wear
If you believe you received a defective product, please contact me within 45 days of delivery with photos and details so I can review your claim.
